How often will I need a session?
Frequency of sessions can vary, and ranges anywhere from weekly, bi-weekly to monthly or more. Each patient is unique and treatment and frequency is tailored to that patient. Often, at the beginning of treatment, sessions are more frequent depending on the severity and nature of the problem, and then as your symptoms lessen, we may find that decreasing frequency is appropriate. Communication between you and your therapist will occur as your treatment progresses, and adjustments can be made to session frequency in a way that feels right for you.
